Grey’s Anatomy’s leading lady Ellen Pompeo, looking lovely in white, is pictured above at the 2007 ABC UpFront party held in New York City a couple of days ago. According to a source who also attended the party, Pompeo said, after having had a few drinks, that there is definitely still tension on set and that she thinks either Isaiah or T.R. might leave the show because of it. George better not leave!

i totally agree with elen pompeo that george better not leave. the show would be lost without him. i think that if somebody is going to leave, it should be isiah!
